Alana is a Registered Acupuncturist, in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Care Practitioners of British Columbia (CCHPBC). Her journey into acupuncture began in 2018, after experiencing the transformative effects of her first treatment. Inspired by how acupuncture positively impacted her own health and motivated by a desire to help others, Alana pursued her Acupuncture Diploma at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC.
Throughout her training and clinical practice, Alana gained valuable experience working with a wide range of conditions, including digestive issues, insomnia, migraines, chronic pain, and gynaecological concerns.
As a practitioner, Alana has a special interest in treating mental-emotional health, facial rejuvenation, and digestive disorders. Her approach is deeply personalized – tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of her patients. She combines modalities such as acupuncture, acupressure, fire cupping, moxibustion, Gua Sha and Tui Na, to provide care that addresses not only the symptoms but also the root causes of imbalance.
Alana is committed to creating a calm, nurturing environment where patients feel heard and truly supported in their healing journey. Her compassionate approach, ensures that each patient leaves their session feeling grounded, balanced, and empowered to continue their path to wellness.
Outside of her clinical practice, Alana enjoys backpacking, gardening, and pottery. These activities help her stay centered and inspired bringing a sense of peace that she can share with her patients.
